What is Oh My Dog box?

Our goal is to delight your dog with a monthly box of the coolest dog products available. We sniff and scamper across the country every month on a hunt for the best toys and treats that will help keep your dog happy and healthy.

What is a subscription?

A subscription is a recurring, physical delivery of oriented products packaged as an experience.

How much does Oh My Dog cost?

Boxes start at $55 and depending on the length of the subscription a further discount will be applied.

What is inside an Oh My Dog box?

You will receive an assortment of toys, treats or chews each month tailored to your dog's profile. Don't worry, you will never receive the same toy twice, if you enjoyed a particular type of treat please let us know via woof@ohmydog.com.au.

Where do we source our products?

We only source our treats from local suppliers. Toys and chews are sourced locally and from all over the world. All products are tested by our crew of helpers to ensure the highest quality products are provided to you.

When does my subscription renew? When will I be billed?

Your initial payment is processed on the day you join Oh My Dog. Subsequently, subscription renewal will be billed on the 11th of each following month. If you sign up between the 1st or the renewal date (11th), you won't be billed twice for the same month. For example, if you sign up on the 31st January, you will be charged for your first box on the day, and your next subscription renewal date will be the 11th February. But if you sign up between the 1st and 11th of February, your next renewal date will be 11th of March. You won't be charged twice in the same month. You can log into your account at any time to check your renewal date. 

When will I receive my Oh My Dog box?

Your first Oh My Dog box will be dispatched the next business day after you sign up. For your following subscriptions, they will arrive around the 15th of each month. Deliveries within QLD & NSW may take between 1 - 10 business days to arrive, while deliveries to other states and territories may take 3 - 14 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.

What payment options do we accept?

You can pay using American Express, Mastercard, PayPal or Visa. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bank deposits,

What are my delivery options?

We dispatch from Sydney and deliver via Australia Post and other Couriers, with delivery generally taking between 1 - 14 business days depending on your location to arrive once dispatched.

Where do we deliver to?

We can reach every doggy in Australia.

Will I be able to track my delivery?

Absolutely, we will send you the details once it's dispatched.

My dog loves the products sent, where can I get more?

Are there any hidden fees?

NO! What you see is what you get. Delivery is included.

Can I pause my subscription?

Absolutely, you can manage your subscription via your account settings. Contact us if you need any assistance.

What is your cancellation policy? How do I cancel?

Our three and six-month commitment plans cannot be ended early. We’re committed to making Oh My Dog box great for you and your dog, so if anything ever isn’t working for you just reach out and we’ll do everything we can to make the remainder of your plan amazing. All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the commitment. The renewal can be stopped anytime through your account page.

What about returns?

If we cannot overcome any issues/concerns, we do accept returns and will refund your full payment (minus any postage charges or transaction costs) if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Please simply contact us to discuss & organise. If your package is returned to us as it could not be delivered, you will need to cover the cost to redeliver the product if need be, otherwise, a refund can be provided, less the original cost of delivery and the return cost.
